KOHAR, in a gracious act of benevolence, donated the proceeds of its three-day concerts in Lebanon on September 24, 25 & 26 to four Armenian local schools: the proceeds were divided equally among St. Karasnits Mangants School, Apkarian School, Roupinian School and Aksor Kassardjian School.

Endeavoring to preserve and promulgate the Armenian alphabet, and adhering to the Kingdom of Cilicia’s native roots, KOHAR believes that the formation of the Armenian identity starts at an Armenian school, and thus ccolades the conscience of parents to enroll their children during this critical economic period to attend Armenian schools to advance their children’s knowledge and national identity. KOHAR, with its commendable deed, thus supports the Armenian school and teacher, who are entirely dedicated to the intellectual development of future Armenian generations.

This donation will be distributed to the teachers of the schools evenly.

Congratulations to KOHAR and long live its mission.
